marble fit for a king

the Royal Suite

We fitted the four bathrooms of the Royal Suite in one of London’s top hotels with intricately detailed marble vanity units, floors and wall panels.

Giallo Siena and Sivec marbles inlaid in the entry to the suite

For the master bathrooms, we fabricated the vanity units out of marble with contrasting dados, moulding and knobs for doors and drawers and curved corner pillasters. The marbles used were Sivec and Giallo Siena for some, and Statuary and Grey St Anne’s for others.

Vanity tops were also in marble, as were the mirror frames, and dado rails were fitted to marble panels on the walls in bathrooms and the corridor between. Before cutting the stone, we photographed the marble, vein matched the slabs and rendered it so that the designers could see exactly how the final result would look.

The floors were composed of inlaid marble in a variety of different designs.

public washrooms

The public washrooms were also fitted out in natural stone - the ladies with Rojo Alicante marble and Moleanos limestone, and the gents with Nero Marquina marble and Moleanos limestone. The installation included vanity tops, tiles, and stall dividers in the gents' urinal section.
